Apart from his department, he is tapping every opportunity to secure relief material, in cash or kind, to be distributed under his name. And he got help from unexpected quarters 8212; Congress8217;s rebel-turned-loyal MP from Karnal, Arvind Kumar Sharma, came forward with a few thousand bags of rice. Both Lalu and Sharma8217;s names were printed on each bag.
