Sheila to give loans to entrepreneurs
Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit will distribute loans to small scale entrepreneurs at the Old Secretariat. The loans are been given away under the Khadi and Village Industries Board scheme. The loan will be distributed tomorrow in the form of cheques.

Afro-American delegation reaches India
A high-level 18 member delegation of Afro-Americans today reached India for a 13-day tour of the country. The delegation, led by Runoko Rashidi, a noted American historian, has come to India on the invitation of Dalit Voice, India8217;s oldest and largest circulated journal for the Dalits and other persecuted minority communities. The delegation, comprising of historians, writers and artists will visit Patna, Calcutta, Bhubneshwar, Madras, Trivandrum, Aurangabad and Bombay before leaving on April 12.
