BSP leader joins Congress
The president of the youth wing of Bahujan Samaj Party, Jaspal Soni, resigned from the primary membership of the party to protest against the 8220;dictatorship tendencies of Chandigarh BSP leaders.8221; He formally joined the Congress at a rally addressed by former Congress Union minister Pranab Mukherjee.

Programme on value management
A one-day executive development programme on value management and cost leadership was organised by the Chandigarh Management Centre, at CII Convention Centre, here today.

An open discussion on the budget was organised by Janshakti, a social organisation at Lala Lajpat Rai Bhawan, here today. According to B. B. Exhibition till March 3
Following good response today to the Science exhibition organised by the PU Physics Department, department chairman I. M. Govil has decided to keep the exhibition open till March 3 barring March 2. Eighteen exhibits, including various scientific models, are on display at the department.
