170 units of blood donated
One seventy units of blood were collected during a blood donation camp organised by the Lions Club Chandigarh at Government College for Girls, Sector-42. During the camp, staff, students of college and the members of Lion club donated blood.

Pak decision condemned
Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha has condemned the Pakistan government for reducing the number of pilgrims to Katasraj Pakistan by 40 per cent. In press release issued here today, Shashi Shankar Tiwari, president of the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha, said that it would demoralise the Hindu community. He has urged the Central government to take up the matter with the Pakistani authorities.

Nagar Kirtan on Nov 21
On the occasion of the martyrdom of Guru Tegh Bahadur, a nagar kirtan procession will be taken out on November 21. The procession will start at 12 noon from Sector 22 gurdwara, a statement issued by Sector 22 Chandigarh Gurdwara Asthapan Committee said.
