The Congress, apprehending elections with the Left playing spoilers on the nuclear deal, had tied up with a well-known advertising agency to 8220;market8221; itself starting October. But the Left and the Government blowing hot and cold confused the Congress as well as the Press Information Bureau that was to have co-launched the ambitious ad campaign. The blitzkrieg, it is learnt, has been pushed back by another month now and will not kick off before mid-November, when Parliament is likely to meet and maybe give a fresh lease of life to the buzz on mid-term elections.
