
BHUJ, Oct 19: The Indian Medical Association here has made arrangements to provide emergency medical services to people during the Diwali holidays from Monday to Thursday. While senior physician Dr Heman Shah and child specialist Dr Dabhasia will attend to emergency cases at the Sahajanand hospital, Dr D D Dave, Dr A N Bhadarka, Dr Libani, Dr Keshrani will also attend to emergency calls.
Stir threat: Petrol Pump owners here in a letter to Chief Minister Keshubhai Patel and Minister of State for Home Haren Pandya, have threatened to lunch initially token strike and later bandhs of petrol pumps if the miscreants involved in the looting of a petrol pump on the busy State highway were not nabbed within a fortnight. In a meeting, the owners regretted that though the same petrol pump was looted six months back also the police are yet to nab the culprits.
Inquiry ordered: A local court has ordered an inquiry into a complaint of one Himmatsinh Jadeja of Bhachau in which he has alleged that Bhachau PIS S J Rana and his subordinate Bharatsinh have threatened to kill him.
