On Sunday, the Marylebone Cricket Club MCC committee observed that the ICC acted beyond its rights in overturning the decision of the controversial 2006 Oval Test and announcing it a draw. The Test was initially awarded to England, after Pakistan forfeited the match. 8220;As per Law 21.10, the ICC has no power to decide that results should be altered, whether it feels them to be 8220;inappropriate8221; or otherwise,8221; the committee observed. 8220;The ICC8217;s decision sets a very dangerous precedent, cricket is the worse for this decision,8221; it said.
