
Tell us about your daily diet.
I begin my mornings generally with a cup of black tea. Breakfast comprises poha, sausages or eggs. I try having a substantial breakfast to keep me going for the rest of the day. Lunch is the lightest meal of the day. In the evening I snack a little so that I can enjoy my dinner, which ends up being my heaviest meal; so I avoid rice.
What8217;s your exercise routine?
I work out just twice a week as I get bored in no time. I simply do some weights.
Is there anything you binge on?
Red meat and cakes. But that8217;s occasional.
What8217;s your favourite cuisine?
Anything prepared well.
What would you do if you had to lose or put on weight in a hurry?
Losing weight is easy for me. All I have to do is eat little for a week and I end up losing three to four kgs. But it8217;s tough for me to put on weight.
How many times have you failed to stick to a diet?
I have never gone on one.
What is your idea of health?
Good mental health results in a good physique. The best indication are clear reports in your half-yearly health check-ups.
