Tell us about your daily diet.
Breakfast is a bowl of cereal, a cup of tea, egg white omelette or boiled egg. Lunch is salad, soup and grilled chicken or fish. And dinner is mostly fish or chicken or anything non-oily. If I get time for snacks, I opt for tea with biscuits or fruits.
What is tour exercise routine?
I workout for one-and-a-half hours every evening.
Is there anything that you binge upon?
Pastries, specially the chocolate ones.
What is your favourite cuisine?
Thai.
What would you do if you have to lose or put on weight in hurry?
I don’t believe in haste. It has taken months of effort for me to gain the shape I am in today. Patience is a virtue that always pays. I would personally never put on or lose weight in haste.
How many times have you failed to stick to a diet?
Lots. But now, I follow a strict fitness regime.
What is your idea of health?
Eat healthy. Have nutritious food like nuts. Crash diets have side-effects, never go for them.
