Tell us about your daily diet
When I’m not shooting, I start my day with a cup of warm water with aloe vera juice followed by a cup of tea. Breakfast consists of scrambled eggs with one chapati and a glass of carrot juice. I like to eat every two hours. At noon, I have a bowl of sprouts and for lunch, I have a bowl of dal, seasonal vegetable, three chapatis and a glass of buttermilk. In the evening, I have a cup of green tea and some protein shake after my workout. Dinner is a bowl of soup or dalia or only salad and dal.
