Tell us about your daily diet.
My day starts really late, not before 12 noon and I generally skip breakfast. Whenever I do manage to rise early very rare though, I start with cornflakes, muesli, milkshake, egg, parantha or curd, depending on my mood and what8217;s available in the kitchen. Lunch is chapattis, green vegetables, dal and rice. Dinner is generally had outside with friends and is strictly non-vegetarian, mostly chicken.

What is your exercise routine?
I gym every afternoon. I do weights one day and cardios the other.

Is there anything you binge on?
Chocolates and ice-cream.
What8217;s your favourite cuisine?
Thai.
What would you do if you had to lose or put on weight in a hurry?
I8217;ve never done something like that. I guess I8217;ll alter the quantity of what I eat accordingly.

How many times have you failed to stick to a diet?
My day starts and ends too late and to be able to stick to any one diet.
What is your idea of health?
Balanced diet, a fit body and a happy mind.
