
DIET: Earlier, I never used to have breakfast, but I8217;ve started having it now. I enjoy a bowl of cereal like cocoa-puffs, with a lot of milk. If I don8217;t eat cereal, I munch on some toast. I don8217;t have a fixed time for other meals, I eat whenever the mood strikes. I snack on chips and chocolates during my shoots and I8217;m quite a junk food freak. Lunch mainly consists of rotis and vegetables, which are quite healthy. I am usually out for dinner on most nights. I8217;ve switched over to a bland diet, as oily food doesn8217;t agree with me.
EXERCISE: I8217;ve been a dancer since I was six, but I8217;ve stopped dancing professionally for the past three years. I don8217;t go to a gym, but I swim and walk a lot. I think the best way to keep fit is just going to a club and dancing the night away. Not only are you having fun, but your body gets a great all-round workout. And if you8217;re not a serious gym person, this is the best way to pack in some exercise.
PROBLEM AREAS: None so far, but I think that one day all the junk food is going to come back to haunt me, and I8217;ll have to start a exercise serious regime then.
