How much do you work out?

Tell us about your daily diet.

I start my mornings with half a cup of black coffee followed by fresh lime with honey. For breakfast I eat fruits, poha, upma or brown toast. At around 11.30 I have a bowl of fruit with green tea. I have my lunch at 1.308230; usually brown rice, curd and two sabzis. I have another cup of black coffee at 4 in the evening. At 6.30 I have brown bread, soya and fruit and nachui ka bhakri with curd. If I8217;m still hungry after that I have soya steak and puri and vegetables for dinner.

What8217;s your fitness routine?

I work out six times a week. I do power yoga in the morning and cardio and weight training in the evening.

Is there anything you binge on?

I love sweet8230; cake, mithai, siddhivinayak peda. On my binging day I also binge on a glass of white wine.
