How: Keep Fit

...

.
AMBIKA PILLAI beautician

DIET: Being a South Indian, my daily diet is heavy on South Indian food. For breakfast, I have either dosa, idli or appam. I avoid all snacks; if I feel like it, I have fresh fruit juices. I am trying to skip lunch these days 8212; I8217;m on a diet, you see! I avoid rice altogether. I like chicken and toast as a meal, and fish and chicken tikkas are my all-time favourites. Dinner is the most elaborate meal of the day for me. I8217;m usually out for dinner, and then I like to let my hair down. Gin is my kind of drink; if it8217;s not available, I settle for a Diet Coke.

EXERCISE: There are months when I exercise and months when I don8217;t. But I do try to fit in some sort of aerobic exercises off and on. I must confess I am not too regular about it.

PROBLEM AREA: Dust and excess smoke give me asthma. Apart from that, I don8217;t face any problems.
