DIET: CARROT or orange juice is the first thing I drink in the day. I love fruits and have some every morning. I also have some egg whites every day. For lunch, I have a complete meal of chapatis, dal and chicken. I avoid rice and eat a lot of chicken for protein. My dinner menu is along the same lines. I stay away from oily food and chocolate as they make my skin break out into pimples. One dish I cannot resist is butter chicken8212;I try and control my craving for it, but it doesn8217;t usually work.
EXERCISE: I WORK out six or seven days a week and try not to skip the routine. Two hours or more is what I put into my regime. I spend the first hour doing cardio, which involves a lot of running, either on a treadmill or in an open ground. When I8217;m shooting, I even try to work out on the sets. I also play a lot of tennis and find that it8217;s a great way to keep up your stamina. I8217;ve even played at the national level. I also play cricket with friends whenever I have the chance. Exercise and sports are great ways to boost your morale, as you end up looking and feeling great.
PROBLEM AREAS: I HAVEN8217;T come across any as yet. I suppose it is because I have been a sports freak since I was 10.
