DIET
I have very wierd food habits. There are times when I go on binges8212;either a healthy one, or one where I eat all kinds of junk food. When I8217;m on my health binge, I eat salads and fruit, rotis, dal, vegetables and drink loads of water. On my bad food days I eat pizzas, pastas, burgers and all kinds of rubbish. I do this till I start feeling unhealthy. I also have a very big sweet tooth for Indian mithai like kalakand and gulab jamuns. I try to avoid rice, but staying away from Hyderabadi biryani is tough.

EXERCISE
I do a form of martial arts called Wooshu for an hour and a half daily. It involves kicks, stretches, stances and punches. I also dance for an hour daily with my instructor and we practice jazz and salsa and also Bollywood steps. If I didn8217;t have all this activity, I would probably workout in a gym8212;on the treadmill or do light weights.

PROBLEM AREAS
My hips and depending on what mood I8217;m in, they8217;re either a problem or not.
