DIET
IN the summer, I survive on water, fruits, juices, lassi and chaas. I love fresh juices and start my day with one. I eat a light lunch. I prefer having continental cuisine, salads and chicken. On the sets, I usually get ghar ka khaana which includes sabzi, boiled rice and salads. I particularly avoid oily food as it makes you lethargic. I normally have a heavy dinner but rarely go overboard.

EXERCISE
I don8217;t really believe in working out. My best idea of exercise is kathak8212;I make it a point to devote at least 15 minutes. Sometimes I jog. Normally, the dance rehearsals for films and shows keep me on my toes. The kind of vigorous exercise these steps entail are my substitute for cardio exercises.

PROBLEM AREAS
I AM lucky to have a good metabolism rate and don8217;t really need to go out of my way to take care of my body. Whatever toning I require, my dancing takes care of it.
