DIET: I EAT healthy from Monday to Friday and the weekend is when I binge. That means my weekday breakfast consists of four egg whites, a slice of brown bread, some tomato juice and tea. Lunch and dinner would be some grilled chicken or pan fried fish with salads, fruits, soups and juices. On the weekend, it could be anything from a cheesy pizza or nalli nihari to seekh kebabs or parathas. I also seem to have developed a sweet tooth and crave rabdi, jalebis and cheesecakes.

Exercise: I GO to the gym every morning and concentrate on different body parts every day. I change my routine very often—almost every week. I work with heavy weights and do cardio exercises and crunches daily. Every alternate day, I go for an hour-long run to stay in shape.

Problem Areas: MY stomach area is a problem, but I’m trying my best to get it in shape.
