What8217;s the most important meal in your day?
Breakfast is very important. I kick-start my day with toast, eggs, a fruit and at least two cups of tea because I love tea.
What8217;s your poison?
I love eating bread and I find myself chomping on it all the time8212;whether it8217;s garlic bread, or toast and jam, or slices with cheese and butter. And I just love chocolate, whether it8217;s candy or pastries.
What8217;s the diet that didn8217;t work for you?
As a teenager, I would try to eat less all the time. But then you grow up to the universal truth that diets don8217;t really work.
How do you like to exercise?
I hate stepping on a treadmill8212;you keep walking and get nowhere. I8217;m passionate about dance, and currently I do a lot of Kathak. I also do yoga at least twice a week to keep my mind and body fit. I love playing badminton, so I try and do that every now and then.
What do you wear when you dance?
If it8217;s Kathak, I wear a salwar kameez, but if it8217;s a Western form then either tracks or jeans and a T-shirt. And I don8217;t bother about brands8212;I just wear what8217;s comfortable.
How did you work out for your latest movie?
For my upcoming film, Mr Ya Miss, I had to put on weight, because I8217;m petite and the role required me to have a slightly masculine frame. After all the dancing in Naach, I8217;d gained muscle but became really lean. So I tried to eat more and did some weight training to broaden my shoulders.
What8217;s your favourite body part?
My feet8212;they8217;re tiny and look really pretty when I paint my nails and wear strappy sandals.
