Your most important meal of the day8230;
Ever been on a diet?
Never. I8217;m against them. I believe in exercise, so I don8217;t need to diet.
So what kind of food do you crave?
Home food. I8217;m a loyal fan of mom8217;s cooking, especially her Goan. She makes the best prawn and chicken curries, sorpotel, Bombay duck8212;the list is endless. When I8217;m not travelling, I make it a point to eat at home.
What do you think about health foods?
I love tapioca chips. I recently tried health crackers at a friend8217;s place. They were like wafers, and tasted quite good.
Describe your workout regime.
I love cardio. I mostly do an hour of cross-training8212;20 minutes each of cycling, the treadmill and weights sometimes. But I don8217;t get the time to workout every day.
So, you don8217;t put on weight?
Of course I do, I8217;m not superhuman. But it doesn8217;t happen easily because I don8217;t overeat or snack between meals. I don8217;t have much of a sweet tooth either, so I don8217;t binge on chocolates and desserts. When I do put on weight, it disappears as soon as I start exercising.
Is any particular part of your body a problem?
My stomach. I have to work twice as hard on it.
Any workout tips
Well, I think it8217;s better to exercise first thing in the morning. You have the most energy then. Take your iPod along and listen to trance music. It8217;ll make you workout faster.
Whose body do you admire?
Mine!
