You8217;re an industry vet. So why do we see so little of you?A person of my calibre deserves a meaty role; that doesn8217;t come along so often. Diet: I don8217;t eat a lot, but neither can I survive on just water for breakfast. Vegetable juices are a daily must.I eat a lot of vegetables and dal for lunch and prefer Western food like grilled chicken for dinner. I used to drink a lot, but not anymore. Exercise: I go to the gym for step aerobics about thrice a week, coupled with two days of yoga to stretch the body. I try to work on all-round muscle tone. I also dance with Sandip Soparrkar, but haven8217;t done that for a while. I do intend to get back though.
Problem area: If I don8217;t exercise for about three months, it shows on my body. After a certain age, diets don8217;t work so well anymore, and one needs to keep alive an exercise regimen. However, it only takes two weeks of rigorous work to tighten those tummy muscles again.
