DIET: I MAKE it a point to have a large breakfast, which usually consists of cereal, egg and toast. I have a light lunch and dinner, because most of the time I8217;m too busy to eat. Chicken, salads and rotis are what I usually have. I love continental food, but you don8217;t get much of it in India. I love to experiment with different cuisine and Chinese and Japanese are favourites. I stay away from excessively sweet and oily foods because I don8217;t think they8217;re very healthy. Besides that, I eat everything and don8217;t count every calorie.

EXERCISE: I dance a lot, which gives me a great cardio workout. I8217;m currently training in Kathak, so I do four to five hours of Kathak every morning. It gives you a lot of grace and keeps you very fit. I also train with weights in the gym, but I8217;m very irregular about that.

PROBLEM AREAS: I do have a tendency to put on weight in a strange way. Sometimes I8217;m thin and sometimes I suddenly put on weight. So, I have to be a little careful about that.
