I work out every alternate day and that8217;s only to tone my body. I don8217;t do abs

Tell us about your daily diet.

Since I am on the thinner side I don8217;t have to worry about what I eat. I actually don8217;t know what calories are. I am a vegetarian. Breakfast usually includes dosas and poha. If I wake up late I skip breakfast. For lunch I eat dal, sabzi and rice, I am not a chapati eater. Dinner is the same.

What is your exercise routine?

I work out every alternate day and that8217;s only to tone my body I don8217;t do abs or anything like that.

What do you binge on?

I binge on junk food 8211; chips etc. I also love Thai, Chinese and Italian food.

How do you take care of your skin?

To me, fitness means the health of my skin. I look after it religiously. I remove my make up with oil, wash my face with a good face wash and then apply moisturiser to prevent wrinkles.
