I usually monitor my diet. However, if I binge on something, I work out extra hard later.

How would you define fitness?

I take fitness very seriously. I monitor my eating and when I know I8217;m eating too much I exercise proportionately. For instance, if I binge like I do on ice cream, I will work out extra hard later.

How often do you exercise?

I can8217;t stand the gym; I prefer exercises that can also be fun. I8217;ve always been into sports and played hockey at the national level. Now I do something called Capoaira. A Brazilian martial arts form, Capoaira isnbsp;an exercise that is disguised as a dance.

Do you practise yoga?

Yes. I8217;ve started practising Ashtanga Yoga, meditation and Taichi.

Tell us about your daily diet8230;

On waking up I have 4 tablespoons of aloe vera juice. 20 minutes later I have a slice of papaya along with watermelon juice and another fruit, usually an apple or pear. Right before lunch I have a raw vegetable juice, if that is not available then I havenbsp;a salad instead. For lunch I have dal, roti, sabzi and rice. It8217;s only by 4pm that I eat something unhealthy like a brownie with my cup of cappuccino. Then at around 6pm I have another juice and by 9.30 I have a full meal. In case I am eating out I eat fish followed by an entire tub of ice cream!
