DIET: I love drinking water and start my day by having plenty of it. Also, I keep munching on fruits like apples and bananas which are my favourites. I don’t really like salads but cooked vegetables are fine, and that’s what I eat for lunch along with dal, chapatis and rice. I don’t eat meat or drink milk and I avoid fried or oily food. Popcorn and ice-cream make for good snacks. Also, I’m a complete coffee junkie. But I make it a point not to eat anything after 8 pm as it doesn’t agree with me. EXERCISE: IN the morning I practise Iyengar yoga, which I have been doing for the past five to six years. It’s not to lose weight. It’s a part of my life as it heals my system. I used to be a Bharatnatyam and Kathak dancer and I’ve also learnt jazz and tap dancing, but I don’t practice very often now. The only equipment that I use in the gym is the treadmill, but I get bored of exercising like that. PROBLEM AREAS: I DON’T have any particular problem areas. I have loads of stamina—that’s never been an issue. But I do have a problem shoulder. As told to Parizaad Khan
