PUNE, May 3: Goodwill Sports Club lifted the SWV Fredricks junior hockey title beating Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation at the PCMC poligras stadium here today.With the holders Champions Sports Club being graduated to the first division and the runners-up Chikalwadi Young Boys not in the fray this year, it was a smooth run for the Goodwill.It was a left wing attack by the Goodwill Sports Club as they scored all the goals from that angle.Vishnu Naidu put them ahead in the 13th minute, putting across Shekar Parmanand's through pass into the net.Fourteen minutes later, Rocky Anthony who scored two goals sounded the board combing well with Sikander Jaffar.Muzamil Peerzade reduced the margin for PCMC in the 28th minute. Four minutes into the second session, Rocky Anthony rounded up the tally.Dr Rubina Fredricks a former state keeper who was the chief guest gave away the prizes.
