French music competition held

CHANDIGARH, Oct 22: Petite Anjali Krishnan has done the hatrick. She won the first prize in the regional final of the French Nightingale competition for the third consecutive time.

The contest, organised by the Alliance Francaise in collaboration with the French Embassy every year, was held at the Law Auditorium this evening.

The second prize went to Sangeeta Shivaram and Vidisha Sharma of the Government College, Sector 11 won the third prize.
