THENI, Feb 16: A mentally deranged man allegedly hacked to death four persons including his two family members at Bodi Meenakshipuramin the district during the early hours on February 16. Teh villagers were said to have caught hold of the accused and handed him over to the Bodi Taluk police station, where a case was registered.
