SAS NAGAR, Aug 18: Anil Jogi of Panchkula has accused four men of selling the property of his brother-in-law by fraud. The police have registered a case in the Phase I Police Station here under sections 47, 419, 420, 465, 467 and 468 against Kulwinder Singh, son of Gurdas Singh, resident of Parjkoha village in Fathegarh district, and Piara Singh, nambardar of Balongi village, Ravinder Singh, son of Partap Singh, resident of Morinda, and another unidentified person, resident of the township, alleged to be working in the Sub-Registrar8217;s office.

One of the accused is said to have impersonated the actual owner and disposed of property valued at some Rs 20 lakh in Balongi village near here. The police are investigating the case.
