Fodder scam: CBI gets till Dec 3

The Jharkhand High Court on Thursday gave time to the CBI till December 3 to study an order given by a Special CBI Court against 14 persons, including RJD chief Lalu Prasad, in connection with a fodder scam case. Justice D P Singh gave the directive following CBI counsel Rajesh Kumar seeking time. Kumar8217;s submission was made after the Special Court on September 18 directed the prosecution to ensure personal appearance of the 14 persons on November 23 in connection with case RC/39A/96 relating to Rs 1.47 crore fodder scam in the 1990s.
