CHANDIGARH, Aug 19: Chairman of the North Zone Ex-Defence Personnel Sangathan Air Marshal Randhir Singh retd today clarified that they had not merged with the Rashtriya Raksha Dal RRD, as implied. He said that he had not attended any meeting regarding formation of RRD.
