
The driver of a Deputy Superintendent of Police has been arrested in Mansa after registration of a case of criminal breach of trust Section 409 of the IPC against him at the city police station on December 30. The driver, Jagsir Singh, was booked for the said offence after the service pistol of DSP D Hatinder Ghai went 8220;missing8221;. Ghai, who is a complainant in the case, alleged that the pistol went missing after he DSP handed over his pistol to Jagsir while leaving for an eating joint to have food.
8220;I went for food and handed my service pistol to Jagsir. When I came back, he driver Jagsir was missing along with the Gypsy.
