Upset over the Election Commission’s ‘‘failure to comply with his directives’’, Haryana’s Commissioner for Persons with Disability M.S. Ahluwalia today wrote to Chief Election Commissioner T.S. Krishnamurthy, asking him to appear in his court on February 14, failing which ‘‘directions will be used to bring him using force’’.

The CEC, who had been summoned by Ahluwalia over arrangements made for trouble-free voting for the physically challenged, today failed to turn up for a hearing
