Cricket Association of Bengal president Jagmohan Dalmiya was present at the Karnail Singh Stadium just to convey his 8220;wishes8221; to the Bengal team. His arrivals and departures through the two days were more VIP-like than any of the VIPs present, but the man, who discovered cricket8217;s money-spinning abilities, isn8217;t too eager to make a comeback into the BCCI. 8220;I have held all positions in my life, in ICC, ACC, BCCI and CAB. One must know where to stop,8221; Dalmiya said. But there8217;ll be no compromise in defending his image. 8220;I just want to prove my innocence. I8217;ve faith in the judiciary and I don8217;t want to leave with a black spot,8221; Dalmiya stressed, referring to the sub-judice case he8217;s fighting against some board members.

During his two-day stint at the ground, it8217;s Sourav Ganguly8217;s innings that seems to have impressed him the most. 8220;His determination and focus only shows the couple of years8217; cricket still left in him,8221; he said.
