One arrested for attempt to steal
The police have arrested Dinesh of Pratapgarh district for allegedly attempting to steal a stereo from a car parked in a house in Sector 15. A theft case has been registered.

Motorcyclist hurt in collision
Sector 20 resident Sajjan Kumar reported to the police that he was injured when his motorcycle was hit by a scooter, whose driver fled. Police have registered a case and are investigating.
