Dies of poisoning
Nayagaon resident Shanti Prakash 45, who was admitted to the PGI after he had reportedly consumed poison on Dec 3, expired at the PGI today.

Scooter stolen
A Sector 28 resident has complained that his scooter CH-01-4589 was stolen from Industrial area phase I. Police have registered a case.

Held for assault
Mohammad Salim, a resident of Indira Colony in Manimajra, was arrested for allegedly assaulting another colony resident. A case has been registered.

Cash snatched
Sector 7 resident Surinder Singh has complained that three persons snatched Rs 450 and a driving license from his wife near the Sector 18 Government press. No arrests have been made so far, said police sources.

Eve-teaser nabbed
Police have arrested Daddu Majra resident Balinder Singh on the charges of eve-teasing in the village. According to police sources, Balinder Singh yesterday was teasing some girl students at school gate when he was nabbed.
