Cooperative society for medicinal plants planned

BANGALORE, March 22: The Foundation for Revitalisation of Local Health Traditions is to set up a cooperative for medicinal plants, with the cooperation of the Karnataka Forest Department and the State Finance Corporation. The growers will hold the principal equity of the cooperative, in which NGOs and the medicinal plants industry would also participate, according to FRLHT Director Darshan Shankar.
