Chennai, Nov 13: A judicial commission today submitted its report to the Tamil Nadu Government on the murder of a traffic police constable at Coimbatore on November 29, 1997, which ignited a series of incidents, culminating in the serial bomb blasts on February 14.
Justice P R Gokulakrishnan, who conducted the inquiry, presented his report to Chief Minister M Karunanidhi. The report only pertains to the constable8217;s murder and the subsequent communal carnage in the textile city.
