Class VIII result on May 17

SAS. NAGAR, May 14: The result of the middle standard examination of the Punjab School Education Board conducted during March will be declared on May 17. A spokesman for the board said here today that the result gazettes would be made available at the board textbook sales depot and authorised bookshops at 11 am on May 18. The results of the schools would be sent by mail to the heads of the institutions.

LATE ADMISSION DATES: The Board has extended the admission schedule in schools for the academic session 1998-99. Admission in classes X and XII can be taken with a late fee of Rs 50 by May 17; with late fee of Rs 100 between May 18 to 25; and thereafter with a late fee of Rs 200 from May 26 to May 31.
