This is to be the first meet of the Technical Writers of India (TWIN) that was formed last year and that has 170 members at present.The TWIN is a professional outfit of technical writers involved in literature like user guides, industrial proposals and also gives help online for computer professionals.In the course of their job, problems like planning their resources, strategies, tackling different assignments crop up and the meet is intended to get together these professionals from different cities like Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai and Delhi to assess their situation. From De to pop artiste Anaida to actor-star Jackie Shroff, who had women swooning all over him. Not that he was complaining, despite the unbearable heat and the jacket he had on. In fact, when he remarked to one of the women stall-owners that Pune was very hot, pat came the reply, ``With you here, things are bound to get hotter than usual''. Coming from a senior citizen, Jackie, for once, was stumped for words.
