The country8217;s leading professionals basked in the relaxed atmosphere of the Business Today Pro-Am of Champions 2004 as they mingled with their partners and displayed some excellent golf en route to carding low scores.

Amitabh Kant, joint secretary, Department of Tourism, after getting a few tips from partner Jeev Milkha Singh enjoyed a perfect round of golf. However, SSP Chowrasia ran away with the title as he carded a two-under-par, 70 to win the prize for the best professional score carded over 36-holes with his total of seven-under-par, 137, at Business Today Pro-Am of Champions 2004, which concluded at the Classic Golf Resort today.

Feroz Ali finished a close second with his two-day total of 139, while Hardeep Singh CMD Cargill India and Ashutosh Rana, COO Grey Worldwide were the winners in the corporate category. Professional Monish Bindra8217;s team comprising of Arvind Wable 8211; Director, FCB Ulka, Sonny Iqbal 8211; Partner Egon Zehnder and Manu Anand 8211; MD, Frito-Lay India took home the winner8217;s prizes at the end of two-days competition.

Meanwhile, SSP Chaurasia8217;s team of Harinder Bansi 8211; Jt Secy, Ministry of Excise 038; Customs, Rajeev Thakore 8211; Md Jacob Ballas Capital India and S Chowdhary won the second prize.
