Controversial “godman” Chandraswami was on Thursday allowed by a court here to go abroad for a period of one month. Chandraswami, charged by the CBI with violating Foreign Contribution Regulation Act rules,was ordered to furnish a personal bond of Rs 20 lakh and a surety of the same amount. He was also told to furnish a FDR of Rs 10 lakh.
