BJP candidate shot dead Abducted BJP candidate for Dhubri Lok Sabha constituency Pannalal Oswal was shot dead by suspected Ulfa militants early today, official sources said. The body of Oswal, who was kidnapped by the militants on September 19 from Bilasipara, was found in a paddy field in Shadhubasa Char.
