36 UP BJP MLAs resign in protest
The Kalyan Singh Government in Uttar Pradesh plunged into a crisis today with 36 BJP MLAs tendering their resignation to the BJP president Kushabhau Thakre demanding Kalyan8217;s removal. About 20 U.P. legislators including four MLCs, apprised Thakre for over three hours about the problems they as well the party was having due to Kalyan Singh before submitted a joint resignation letter purportedly signed by 36 MLAs.
