SONEPUR, JAN 30: British citizens, Prunella Scarlet, Terry Vasey, chairperson and director of Lepra, United Kingdom, who were to attend a function organised by Lepra India Sonepur unit, have been instructed by the British High Commission to cancel the programme and not visit any part of Orissa.

The instruction comes in the wake of the recent killing of the Australian missionary . Scarlet and Vasey, who had reached Bhubaneswar, had to fly back to Secunderabad where the headquarter of Lepra India is situated.
