Boy stabbed to death over baseball cap

NEW DELHI, JANUARY 19: A 16-year-old boy died yesterday and another boy injured after they were allegedly stabbed by four 8220;friends8221; outside Higher Secondary Government School in Tikri Kalan. While Manish died in hospital, Shakti 16 was discharged after treatment.

The police are on the lookout for prime suspect 8212; 17-year-old Tarun. They have, however, arrested the rest of the accused 8212; Sunil 16, Laloo 17 and Rajneesh 17 8212; after Shakti identified them. Sunil8217;s father, S.K. Sood has also been arrested. The police are interrogating Sood on suspicion that he instigated the four accused. According to the police, the two groups had a fight on Saturday on the school premises. They reportedly fought over a baseball cap. Tarun and his friends reportedly bullied Manish and Shakti.
