In an attempt to increase its acceptability among minorities, the BJP on Tuesday called upon Muslims to shed their misgivings about the party and 8220;let bygones be bygones8221;.

Hussain said while briefing reporters about the Morcha8217;s national executive meeting scheduled at Hyderabad from April 4. Former BJP president Venkaiah Naidu is slated to address the three-day meeting on the first day.

Hussain said the line adopted by the BJP this time round is 8220;let there be a new beginning by forgetting whatever happened in the past8221;. He said the party would explain to Muslims that Advani8217;s tenure as Home Minister was very good for them.
