BJP MLAs disrupt MP Assembly

BHOPAL, OCT 26: The Bharatiya Janata Party, the main Opposition in Madhya Pradesh Assembly, on Tuesday disrupted the House proceedings demanding that the State Government file a criminal case against former Khandwa district Superintendent of Police R C Pate and 11 other police personnel for beating up party MLA Kunwar Vijay Shah at Khandwa during an agitation on September 27.

The agitated BJP members marched into the well of the House where they shouted slogans forcing Speaker Sriniwas Tiwari to adjourn the House for varying durations thrice during the pre-lunch session without transacting any business.
