Exide declares 25 interim

Tata Honeywell to pay 60 pc interim

MUMBAI: Tata Honeywell has declared an interim dividend of 60 per cent for the year ended March 31, 2000. The record date for payment of dividend is May 11, 2000, the company said in a release here today. Meanwhile, Tata Honeywell Ltd managing director Rakesh Makhija has been appointed as country manager and MD of Honeywell International India Ltd with effect from April 1, 2000, based in New Delhi, it said.

Colour-Chem plans 65 pc interim dividend

MUMBAI: Colour-Chem today declared an interim dividend of 65 per cent 8211; Rs 65 per share of face value Rs 100 8211; for the financial year ended March 31, 2000. The record date for payment of dividend is April 26, the company said in a release here. Ulrich Cuntze was elected as chairman of Colour-Chem replacing R Handte, it added.

Voltas declares 12 pc interim dividend

MUMBAI: Voltas Ltd today declared an interim dividend of 12 per cent 8211; Rs 1.20 per share of face value of Rs 10 each 8211; for the financial year ended March 31, 2000. The record date for payment of dividend is May 8, 2000, the company said in a release here.
