Ruling JD(U) MLA Sunil Pandey, charged with creating a scene at a posh hotel and threatening mediapersons, was arrested from his official residence here. A team of Gandhi Maidan Police Station, where the FIR was lodged against the MLA, arrested him from his Bailey Road bungalow on Monday night, but released him subsequently on bail, Senior Superintendent of Police Kundan Krishnan said. Meanwhile, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Tuesday asked ministers and NDA legislators to observe greater discipline for keeping the image of the government clean. The CM also hinted at organising a counselling session for NDA legislators soon.
